Synopsis

Developed by Phoebe Fisher and Sara Goodman and inspired by the 1999 cult-classic film and Pierre Choderlos de Laclos's 18th-century epistolary novel Les Liaisons dangereuses, this 8-episode drama series is set at Manchester College, an elite university near Washington, D.C. The plot follows ruthless step-siblings Caroline Merteuil (Sarah Catherine Hook) and Lucien Belmont (Zac Burgess), who rule over the cutthroat Greek life and social hierarchy. When a severe hazing scandal threatens to tear down the entire fraternity and sorority system, Caroline and Lucien will stop at nothing to protect their status and power—even if it means setting their sights on seducing Annie Grover (Savannah Lee Smith), the strict and idealistic daughter of the Vice President of the United States.
